The NWSA is seeking industry input and expressions of interest in future non-containerized cargo operations at Terminal 30. The Request for Information (RFI) is to better understand market interest in use of the terminal for non-containerized cargo operations, operational concepts, investment strategies, and potential non-containerized cargo opportunities. RFIs are due by 5:00 p.m. on August 20.

Located on Seattle's East Waterway, Terminal 30 offers

  • Approximately 70 acres of marine industrial property
  • Nearly 2,700 feet of deep-water berth
  • Extensive paved cargo handling areas
  • Secure terminal infrastructure
  • Connectivity to regional highway and rail networks.

The facility is strategically positioned to support a wide range of non-containerized cargo activities, including breakbulk, project cargo, bulk commodities, and roll-on/roll-off (RORO) operations.
